Paul Greenberg is an AV-rated lawyer, a prestigious award given by fellow lawyers, who has been in private practice since 1977, and has concentrated his practice in the field of employment law representing employees exclusively since 1984.
Mr. Greenberg has been named one of California's Super Lawyers in the area of employment litigation every year since 2005.
Mr. Greenberg is an experienced trial lawyer and has received numerous substantial verdicts and settlements in employment cases. He is also well recognized for his ability to settle complex employment disputes, both pre-litigation and after the commencement of litigation. Mr. Greenberg is dedicated to preserving the dignity and privacy of his clients in the course of achieving justice for them. He is currently a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and LEFTJAW, and regularly teaches and participates in conferences and seminars hosted by these organizations.
Mr. Greenberg is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership in which is limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more (he has qualified through verdict and through settlement).
Additionally, Mr. Greenberg has spoken on employment law issues on television and at seminars. Mr. Greenberg received both his Bachelor of Arts Degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin. He also received a Masters of Arts Degree in History from the University of Colorado. Mr. Greenberg has been admitted to practice in California and Wisconsin.
